We hope you love your Judaica Studio purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know straight away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products 
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.


Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item (once approved) and place a new order for the one you want.


International Returns

We accept international returns, but please note:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
  • Refunds will be processed only once the item is received and inspected.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
